Refund Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
Summary
TriMatch starts with a 30-day free trial. Cancel before day 31 and you pay nothing. After that, subscriptions are paid upfront and are not refunded for partial periods, with the few exceptions below. Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which also processes every refund back to the card or payment method you used.
The free trial
- A payment card is required to start the 30-day free trial. Nothing is charged during those 30 days.
- Cancel at any time before day 31, in Billing, Manage billing, and you are not charged.
- If you do not cancel, the plan you chose is charged on day 31, and then at the start of each billing period.
After the trial
- Payments are not refundable for partial months, partial years or invoices you did not use.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that the workspace becomes read-only: you can still sign in, look at your records and export your data.
Exception: the first charge after the trial
If the first charge after your trial was a mistake because you meant to cancel, email support@trimatchap.com within 7 days of that charge. If your workspace has not processed any new invoices since the trial ended, we will refund that first charge in full and cancel the subscription. This is available once per company.
Yearly plans
For a yearly plan, ask within 14 days of a yearly charge. If no invoices were processed in your workspace since that charge, we refund it in full. Otherwise yearly charges are not refunded, and cancelling stops the next yearly renewal.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or charged after you cancelled, we always refund the incorrect amount in full. Email support@trimatchap.com with the receipt or order number from Lemon Squeezy.
Automatic plan upgrades
Each plan includes a number of invoices per 30 days. The Billing page shows how many you have used and says in advance that going over moves you up to the next plan. Sample data and imported history do not count.
TriMatch checks usage about once an hour. When a workspace goes over its plan, the subscription moves up one plan straight away and Lemon Squeezy charges the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period at once. Admins get a notification in the app when this happens. On the top plan nothing changes automatically.
An upgrade charge follows the rules above. If you think an upgrade happened by mistake, for example because invoices were counted twice, email us and we will check the usage record and refund any incorrect amount.
How to ask for a refund
Email support@trimatchap.com from an admin's address with your company name and the date of the charge. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are sent through Lemon Squeezy; banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most problems are fixed faster by email, and we refund every charge this policy covers without you needing to file a dispute.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law that applies to you.
