Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses TriMatch, including people who only use approval or delivery links.

Do not use TriMatch to

• break any law, including sanctions, anti-money-laundering, tax, privacy, anti-spam and consumer-protection laws;
• commit or hide fraud, including fake invoices, fake vendors or unauthorised changes to bank details;
• upload content you have no right to use, or that infringes someone's copyright, trademark or privacy;
• upload malware or anything designed to harm systems or data;
• send texts or emails to people who have not agreed to receive them, or send messages unrelated to accounts payable work;
• process information TriMatch is not designed for, such as health records or payment card numbers, beyond what an invoice normally contains.

Do not attack the service

• Do not try to access other customers' workspaces, or accounts and data you are not allowed to see.
• Do not probe, scan or test TriMatch for weaknesses without our written permission. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@trimatchap.com.
• Do not overload the service, get around rate limits or bot checks, or use automated sign-ups.
• Do not share sign-in details, or resell or rent access without our agreement.

What we do about misuse

We may remove content, suspend access or close accounts that break this policy, as described in the Terms. Where reasonable, we will contact you first. To report misuse, email support@trimatchap.com.
